Javor shuttering panels are made of three waterproof layers of spruce and fir wood, which are glued together. The outer layer consists of longitudinal slats glued sideways to each other, and the middle layer consists of crosswise-laid slats framed with side and head picture rails.

COLOURS

We offer panels in three colour combinations in our regular offer:

  • yellow with a yellow edge,
  • yellow with a grey edge,
  • brown with grey edge.

We meet the customer’s special wishes by request.

PACKAGING AND
TRANSPORTATION

Our standard packaging is 40 shuttering panels per package, which is strapped with plastic tape. The plate edges are protected by plastic angles.

The packaging can be adapted to the customer’s wishes so that it is suitable for loading into containers (shipping) as well as into a transport truck (road transport). The loads are also prepared in such a way that the shuttering panels can be unloaded from the transport truck using a lift.

Our products are available in several European countries, as we have a well-established logistics network.

MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

Shuttering panels meet the requirements of the ÖNORM B 3023 standard in terms of flexural strength and flexural modulus of elasticity.

The quality of the shuttering panel waterproof gluing procedure is in accordance with the Austrian ÖNORM B 3023 or SIST EN 13353 standard and is controlled according to the DIN standard (AW100).

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

For long-term use of JAVOR shuttering panels, we recommend taking into account the following recommendations:

  • Moisten the panels with water before applying the concrete.
  • Remove the concrete residue from the panel after use.
  • We recommend the use of paraffin waxes and oils for the maintenance of panels.
  • The panels should not be exposed to direct sunlight for a longer period of time.
  • Avoid damaging the panel with nails, screws and holes.

ADVANTAGES

  • Reusable and easy to use.
  • Panels do not stick to concrete because the surface is coated with melamine resin and the edges are coated with an acrylic layer.
  • The panels have a smooth surface for a nice concrete look.
  • High resistance achieved with hot-pressed melamine coating.
  • Curving of the panel is minimal due to the three-layer gluing procedure.
  • Panels have a high flexural strength.
  • The edges of the middle layer are closed in by side and head battens for additional protection against the effects of moisture.
  • Their low weight makes the panels easier to handle.
  • Available stock and a quick response to customer demands.
  • An internal quality system based on many years of experience (on the market since 1964) ensures compliance with our high quality standards.

ENVIRONMENTAL
AWARENESS

We are aware that our environment and health are our greatest assets. The first step towards environmental awareness is offering wood pellets for heating without any additives and thus having a minimal impact on our environment. This way we transform the wood sawing by-product into a product with useful value.
