Obtaining the PEFC CoC system certificate

The company Javor Opažne ploči d.o.o. has adopted a policy in the field of providing the PEFC CoC system,
which is aimed at preserving the environment, especially forests and products from them.

In order to effectively implement the policy, the company’s management ensures that all employees and all
interested parties who can contribute to the better functioning of the PEFC CoC system are aware of and understand the policy.

The policy is based on the following principles:

• we will listen to customers’ requests and sell PEFC materials at their request,
• to continue the chain of custody we will use PEFC material that is legally sourced,
• we will prove that we order PEFC material from suppliers who have a certificate,
• we will train employees in order to ensure the requirements of the system,
• we will take care of reducing the risk of occupational health and safety at work.

The management of the company is responsible for the implementation of the principles of the policy,
the individual areas for the implementation of the requirements of the PEFC CoC system,
and the employees for the quality of their work in this area.

The management of the company will ensure that the policy is implemented and propose appropriate measures for improvement.
