The goal of the quality policy is the production of high-quality wood pellets (EN plus – A1) and the achievement of customer satisfaction.

The company has adopted a policy of producing and providing high quality wood pellets.

We commit to:

• produce high-quality wood pellets of class EN plus – A1,
• ensure and control quality in all areas of production and processes that enter and exit the production process.

We fulfill our commitment by:

• we take care of the necessary resources and conditions for the implementation of production and the development of activities,
• we run a quality management system that is in line with the requirements of the EN plus standard,
• we regularly check the implementation of the quality policy and the adequacy and effectiveness of the established quality management system.

All employees of the company Javor Opažne ploče d.o.o., who are involved in any way in the process of wood pellet production at the location, are familiar with the contents of the quality policy.

The management of the company will ensure that the policy is implemented and propose appropriate measures for improvement.
